Foundation classes for your dog(s)...

What makes our Group Classes Training Program successful?
* Indoor Climate-Controlled Classroom
* Small Student-to-Teacher Ratio - We limit our classes to ten dogs with family members (6 years and older).
* Child Friendly - We understand that your child participation in learning training skills enhance the whole family dynamic.
* Reward-Based System - Easy to implement and do not require force and fear of punishment to get results.
* Repeating a Class (Basic Companion class only) - Upon completing a class, you will receive a $10 certificate for any future class.
* Play Groups - Our Puppy Start class includes a socialization time for friendly puppies.
PUPPY START CLASS:
2 to 4 months old
PUPPY START CLASS is designed to maximize the learning process for puppies at the age when they are most influenced by their environmental and social experiences. Puppies are able to start one week after receiving their first set of vaccinations.

NOTE: We require proof of your puppy's vaccinations. You can bring a paper copy to the first class or you can email a copy to mail.heartsandpaws@gmail.com prior to your first class.

Puppy Start Class is 4 weeks long and is primarily focused on social and manners needs with basic training like coming when called, walking on a loose-leash, waiting at doors, sit, stand, down, bed stay, and tricks. From these skills, they will be able to achieve a S.T.A.R. PUPPY certificate. These skills also lay the groundwork for more advanced training such as Agility, Rally, Canine Good Citizen, and Pet Therapy classes, also offered at Hearts and Paws.

Puppy Start Class Fee:
$120 For 4 weekly meetings one hour long with a $10 coupon upon class completion for the Basic Companion class.
