Home-Style Boarding & Doggie Daycare
A home-style atmosphere: We have endeavored to create an environment that is not
unlike most homes. A place where your dog(s) can play, eat, and sleep. A place where they
can interact with our family and socialize with other dogs compatible with their size and
temperament.
Their care is as if they were our own: We take care to maintain your feedings,
medication(s), and vitamins while playing games your dog enjoys. Result: A companion that
loves to be here; a "home away from home" that is like going to camp.
Doggie Day Care or Overnights, it's all the same: Play, eat, and sleep--play, eat,
and sleep--and so on. For those here for training: train, play, eat, and sleep--train,
play, eat, and sleep--train, play, eat, and sleep.
Play
 We have large play yards, where your dog(s) play with toys and other dogs
compatible with their size and temperament. Dog's are individually assessed before putting
them in play groups. For nervous or potentially aggressive dogs we have seperate
arrangements and therapeutic programs to overcome these problems.
Food
If you would like us to maintain your diet,
please bring your food in pre-measured ziploc bags (unless canned) with instructions.
Training
During your dogs stay, we can work on home manners and basic obedience, such as sit, down,
stay, come, and walking on a loose leash. When basic skills are solid, we can also train
more advanced obedience, agility or tricks. Our methods of training are based on reward
based systems. This psychological approach to training creates a working relationship
based on motivation and respect not fear of punishment. Cost is $12 per day for Daycare
and $15 per day for Overnight stays.
Hours
Memorial Weekend Schedule: Our
front office will be closed Monday, 5/26 in honor of Memorial Day. Daycare
on Friday, 5/23 and Tuesday, 5/27 will be by reservation only. Boarding
drop offs and pickups will be at normal times on Friday, 5/23 and Tuesday, 5/27.
Daycare & Boarding Schedule:
All drop offs and pick ups are by appointment within the following hours:
Drop Offs -
Monday through Friday: 7:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and
4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
*Saturday: Closed for
drop offs.
Pick Ups -
Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and
4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
*Saturday: 4:30 p.m. to
6:00 p.m.
*Daycare is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
We are closed to the public on Sundays.
Attention Daycare:
There will be no Daycare Friday, 3/21.
This is Good Friday and every year we close our front office at Noon in order
for some of our employees to attend Good Friday Services. Have a wonderful
and safe Easter.
Memorial
Weekend:
Our front office will be closed
Monday, May 26 in honor of Memorial Day. Therefore, there will be no
Daycare that day and no drop offs or pick ups for Boarding. Have a safe
Memorial Day.
DAYCARE/BOARDING Rates for
New Clients:
Effective 5/1/2008:
Boarding: $27 per night (includes Daycare
Fee)
Daycare: $19 per day and $170 per playpak*
*10 days of
non-consecutive daycare.
Note: Existing
clients who
qualify for Club Mutt Membership* will only increase by $1.00 per day from their
previous rate if prior to 2007. If you were a new client in 2007 and
qualify for Club Mutt Membership, your rates will stay the same.
Existing clients who do
not qualify will increase to the 2007 rates. (Club Mutt membership
requires 30 days accumulative boarding or 60 days accumulative daycare in 2007.)
There is a $2 per day boarding discount for
additional dog(s) in the same family. Rates are assessed every evening with check
out by Noon. (1/2 day charge for those checking out later). Stays from 10 days
to 30 days require a 50% payment at drop off and stays over 30 days, require a
one month payment at drop off. There is a $75-$100
deposit required during holiday boarding that is non-refundable within 30 days
of your boarding dates and your deposit is applied to your final boarding
balance.
